The GatherHood Gift Assessment: Empowering Women to Serve with Purpose

Welcome to the GatherHood Gift Discovery Assessment. Every woman has been uniquely gifted by God for a specific purpose in His kingdom. Whether you're leading a SisterHood group, considering stepping into ministry, or simply wanting to serve your community more intentionally, understanding your gifts is the first step toward living out your calling. This comprehensive assessment will help you identify your spiritual gifts, practical abilities, and creative talents. Before beginning, we encourage you to pause, pray, and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and discernment. Remember, this assessment isn't about comparison or achievement – it's about discovering how God has equipped you to serve others and bring glory to Him. Take your time, be honest in your responses, and get ready to uncover the beautiful ways God has designed you to impact His kingdom.

Before you begin your gift discovery journey, we recommend creating an intentional space that allows you to deeply reflect and hear from God. Find a quiet corner where you won't be interrupted – maybe your favorite reading nook or peaceful spot in nature. Take a moment to center yourself in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit for wisdom and clarity as you explore the unique ways God has gifted you. Have your journal close by to record any insights, thoughts, or revelations that surface during this process. We suggest setting aside 30-45 minutes for this assessment; this gives you enough time to thoughtfully consider each question without feeling rushed. Remember, this isn't just another personality test – it's an opportunity to discover how God has uniquely equipped you for His purpose.
